As many of you know the Margate Resort has been completely booked for some time. We have set up a roommate finding program to help those who want roommates to reach out (link), but for the most part con attendees should be reserving rooms at our overflow hotel, The Landmark Inn.
The Landmark Inn is a seven story hotel located in the downtown area of Laconia. For those of you who may feel “away from the action” at the overflow hotel, here are some details that should ensure you have an awesome con experience:
2. MISTI-Con will be providing regularly scheduled shuttles to and from the Landmark!
Our shuttle will be running from the Landmark to the Margate at 8am each morning of the convention.
A midday shuttle will run from the Margate to the Landmark at 5pm and will return to the Margate at 6pm.
The evening return shuttle will run 30 minutes after the conclusion of the main evening activity.
3. We will be providing a “baggage check” in the Mariah room at the Margate.
Each convention attendee who is staying at the Landmark can bring one bag and check it in with our volunteer staff in the Mariah room. You will have full access to this bag during the day for costume changes or other needs.
Also remember that each registration purchased during The 12 Days of MISTI-Mas will be entered into a raffle and 1 winner will be selected to receive their convention pass for free!
