Our official host hotel for MISTI-Con 2019 is the Doubletree by Hilton in Tarrytown, NY.
Our group rate at the Doubletree is $159.00/night plus taxes and fees.
In order to receive the group rate, you must use the code “MIS”
You can book online at www.tarrytown.doubletree.com and enter the group code (MIS) where the GROUP CODE is requested or you can call 914-631-5700. Please let us know, via email to email@example.com, if you encounter issues. You can use the code for Wednesday – Monday. If you need additional dates, please let us know and we will see if it is possible.
There are limited rooms still available (doubles in particular are gone or nearly gone) if they say you can’t get your room at the rate, let us know, we may be able to expand the block.
(A key note: ALL King rooms at the Doubletree come with a pull out couch, so they may be an option for you!)
There is no deposit required at the time of reservation, but they will require a major credit card to keep on file. There is a three night minimum to book with the code. Cancellation does not incur a fee if done more than 3 days prior to the beginning of the reservation. If you cancel within three days of the reservation the fee is a full night’s rate. (But if you know you need to cancel, please do so as early as possible so someone else can reserve the room!)
All full weekend MISTI-Con attendees are required to stay at the host hotel (until the hotel runs out of rooms) so please get your rooms reserved! (And the more rooms we reserve as soon as we can, the less opportunity there will be for muggles to get rooms.)
If you need special assistance or have special needs or requests (accessible rooms, rooms together, etc.) please call the Doubletree (after the code has been released) and explain your needs in as much detail as possible, they will do their best to accommodate as long as they know about your need
MISTI-Con programming will start Thursday afternoon, July 18, 2019 and will end Sunday evening, July 21, 2019.
You can use the rate for Wednesday – Monday. If you need additional dates, please let us know and we will see if it is possible. Please note, you still need to reserve any dates needed during the Wednesday- Monday block.
AMENITIES AND SERVICES
There is amble free parking at the hotel, complimentary WiFi is included with your room, there is laundry service, a business center, an ATM ($3.50 fee), and a 24 hr Pavilion Pantry Market on site. There is also a pool and fitness room.
Each room comes equipped with a coffee maker and mini-fridge. Cots and microwaves are available in limited numbers, ask the hotel upon arrival: first come, first served.
